• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, diligent, ability to adapt to new environments and situations quickly, good grasping ability, capable of forming and maintaining positive and productive working relationships.

Should Know and Have Established Connections:

• Possess knowledge of the industry and stay informed about relevant trends.
• Utilize established connections within the industry to facilitate internships and activities that contribute to individual profiles.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for immediate support related to profile building activities.
• Ensure a network of reliable vendors is available for additional resources or assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 year’s experience in career coaching, education counselling, or sales in the education sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the United States/Asia/UK/Canada/Ireland/ Europe and Australia education system and the admissions process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling: Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students to understand their career aspirations and academic goals.
• College Recommendations: Assist students in selecting suitable colleges and universities based on their preferences, academic backgrounds, and career objectives.
• Sales and Enrolment: Guide students through the enrolment process, including completing applications, financial aid, and securing admissions.
• Educational Information: Keep up to date with the latest trends in the United States/Asia/UK/Canada/Ireland education, admission requirements, visa regulations, and scholarships to provide accurate information to students.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to facilitate smoother admissions and partnership opportunities.
• Sales Closing: Utilize your sales skills to convert counseling sessions into enrolments successfully.
• Documentation: Seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to manage university applications and visa filing. Responsibilities include compiling documents, staying updated on requirements, and assisting applicants. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, prior documentation experience, and strong communication skills.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support to students, addressing their concerns and inquiries throughout their academic journey.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate in the Academic Research & Consulting Division at Vita Nova Educators. The Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting academic research, guiding students for writing research publications, books and research proposals. You will be empowered with developing academic courses aligned with NEP 2020 for our institutional clients. You will also be engaged in providing consulting services to institutions, developing innovative education strategies, establishing partnerships and collaborations, and facilitating project implementation for our clients.
